We are in the process of having all of our keepsake and memorial jewellery re-photographed for our website. This is going to take us quite a few weeks but we know it will be worth it and show the collection of jewellery beautifully!
This week has been particularly busy with photo and paw-print engravings for pets on both fillable and 'disc' type pendants and bracelets. One of our customers was after a particular design of bracelet to remember her two dogs together and with her we were able to create the most beautiful memorial bracelet with photos of them and a little heart to hold their fur together. Please always know that we will work with you to create something special like this just for you.
Again this week we have seen too many dear little children and babies remembered in jewellery. One family in particular has really stood out to us this week. A lady contacted us for something to give both her Mum and Dad to remember her brother and sister. Two separate accidents had taken both of them at 2 years old and 21 years old. Our hearts went out to that family. To suffer the loss of two children is more than a mother and father should ever have to bare. Their loving sister sent us the most beautiful photos of them to engrave and we hope that her parents will find a small source of comfort in them.
We were also touched by the kindness of a lady who bought a locket that we had given to a charity to auction. She sent us the most precious photo of her daughter, who she had lost to drowning, but instead of having it engraved for herself she asked us to send the locket to her friend - a lady who had extended a beautiful act of kindness to her following the loss of her precious daughter. She asked us to send it directly to her friend because if she saw it she "wouldn't be able to part with it". We were struck by her kindness in giving away something so precious to her so we decided to make her a special gift from us. She now has a gorgeous photo engraved heart for her to wear in memory of her daughter.
